then scrolled down page, i was unaware
i had other comments from
older blogs! sorry i missed them
but will say a BIG THANK YOU

regarding Chris, he still doesn't know what to do and
finds the whole decision thing, too much...who can blame him!
regarding veg garden...things going fine, a friend and i were
at a meeting to get funding and managed to secure £500.
so we can continue and expand...just call me Al Dimmock!

June 15 halloween trip….well can you adam and eve it, friends and i are already talking about a Halloween trip to Pendle Hill….yup, talk about way in advance!! well it gives us something to chat about and organise! have to dig out all the old books for a neighbour to read…so she can get into the spirit! lol has anyone been to Pendle…? great place, atmosphere, scenery…anyway, back to gardening and leave trip for Oct till nearer the time..heehee… me after last visit…lol below Pendle Hill….
June 08 trials and tribulations..well what a week so far, a wedding to look forward to and a trip to the hospital....!! My son, who if you didnt know, has epilepsy and has been suffering of late, with more seizures. We thought such were under control and he even got so far as to get his provisional licence....well.. today at the hospital he was given two choices.... to take extra medication or go under the knife, again.. (to remind all, he got epilepsy as he had a brain tumor) well what a couple of choices to have to make... i cant really do anything but support him, as such will be his choice but what a trying day for all. i feel for him now, as he says he isnt bothered about driving anymore.....his goals in life ( the few he had) slowly slipping further away, feeling he is no longer able to grasp and hold tight to his dreams... i know i keep saying, keep smiling... i know i can often be heard to say, life is what you make it.... but i do wish sometimes things could be a little more positive for him... although i was watching a film today where a little girl always managed to be glad for things, finding good out of bad... so im gonna say, im glad we are still here, alive, able to do most of which many can not.... so maybe i should stick with the keep smiling....else we may just cry! have a good week everyone and try find something to be glad for. May 27 busy busy beeHi guys, sorry i havnt been about much these days, as i have been a busy bee with the neighbours, making gardens brighter places to be in. Also next door, the fella and i have started a veg/fruit garden and so have been really busy here, digging, planting, fixing, watering etc….its all go playing charlie dimmock..wish i had her errr….yes well..!! lol Shrubs in the neighbours gardens are looking fab and though its been a costly start for us all in the club, its a work in progress and initial costs will lead to produce cheaper than shops, for all to share! if ya want to put in your order now, for veg/fruits, i’ll see what i can do! heehee… we still have lots to do and so id best be on my way! have a super week guys and keep smiling.
May 19 vege gardens and fruit gardensWell, a neighbour collared me today to query if we could start up our own veg and fruit garden, on our grove. I think its a fab idea, we just have to study where it could be, potentially in a neighbours back garden! Our landlords may provide hanging baskets, soil, plants etc to enhance the look of the place and so I have emailed to ask if we can also have a compost bin.... ( if ya dont ask...) How great it would be to grow our own veg and fruits...and use in our own cooking. We have some super cooks round here too! So if there are any talented gardeners out there, with green fingered tips for us, (easiest veg to grow or fastest growing fruits, etc etc etc), please comment below!! Thanks guys... have a smashingly tasty evening..! May 18 exercise started..DAY ONEToday is DAY ONE of my exercise
routine and im feeling happy and
ready to go.
I also have had delievered today,
my new supply of Spirulina tabs which
also should aid in my leaner look,
if i stick to the routine long enough!!
This is the twister I am using to hopefully
give me a trimmer waistline....which,
when ya stick ya tunes on the TV,
is fab fun... twisting to the beats.....
ok so the kids are laughing their heads off...
as i almost twist off on to the floor...
i'll show em all......hopefully!!!!
whatever you do today, i hope it brings you
smiles and fun times too..stay healthy and
stay smiling |
